St Basil’s is committed to providing a high standard of care across all our services. To ensure we do this, we invite your feedback including compliments, complaints, comments and suggestions.
Compliments recognise the work of our staff, they are always welcome and help us identify what is important to you and how we can continue to serve you better.
Complaints and Comments
We take complaints very seriously and act to investigate and resolve these in a timely manner. Complaints are dealt with in accordance with our Complaints Resolution Policy and Procedure.Complaints and comments also help us to identify areas we can improve on and contribute to our continuous improvement processes.
If you have any ideas to help us to improve our services, we want to hear them.
Ways to provide feedback:
Talk with a staff member at any time, or arrange to speak with the Clinical Manager.
Call St Basil’s Feedback line on 9784 3222 or ring 1300 367 551. If your call is unanswered, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible, or by the next business day.
Raise an issue at the Relatives Meeting, please ask the Manager for the meeting calendar.

Complete a feedback form and place in the Suggestion Box at reception or return via mail. The feedback form is also available in Greek.
